GIDEX FZCO, acting under the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” hereby publishes this public offer agreement as follows:

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with consultancy services in the field of pet-owner communication (“Services”), and the Client undertakes to pay for such Services.

1.2. The consultancy services include:
• Conducting online sessions (both group and individual);
• Providing access to group chat support during the program period;
• Providing methodological recommendations and educational materials.

1.3. The Services are provided remotely over a period of 5 weeks from the start of the program.

2. Procedure for Entering into the Agreement

2.1. The publication of this agreement on the Service Provider’s website constitutes a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the UAE.

2.2. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when the Client makes payment for the Services by any available means.

2.3. Upon acceptance, this agreement is deemed concluded, and the Client is considered to have fully reviewed and agreed to its terms.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:
• Provide the Services to the Client in the scope and within the timeframes specified in this agreement;
• Grant access to materials and support in accordance with the program description.

3.2. The Client undertakes to:
• Provide accurate information necessary for the provision of the Services;
• Pay for the Services in full prior to the commencement of the consultancy sessions.

4. Service Fees and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of the Services is indicated on the Service Provider’s website and depends on the selected consultancy package.

4.2. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the Services through the payment systems integrated into the website.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. The Client has the right to request a full refund by submitting a written request no later than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the first consultancy session.

5.2. After the commencement of the consultancy services, refunds are not available.

5.3. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7 business days after approval.

6. Responsibilities of the Parties

6.1. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for the Client’s individual results, as they depend on the Client’s personal actions and involvement.

6.2. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any inability to provide the Services due to inaccurate information provided by the Client.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations under this agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances.

8. Term and Termination of the Agreement

8.1. This agreement comes into effect upon acceptance and remains valid until the Parties fully perform their obligations.

8.2. Early termination of the agreement is possible by mutual consent of the Parties or in other cases provided for under UAE law.

9. Governing Law

9.1. All disputes and disagreements arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
