GIDEX FZCO provides consultancy services (“Services”) for pet owners, aimed at improving communication and mutual understanding between the owner and their dog.
The Services include:
• Conducting online consultancy sessions (both group and individual);
• Providing participant support via a dedicated online chat;
• Offering recommendations, educational materials, and guidance.

Terms of Service Provision
• Access to consultancy materials and group chat support is provided for a period of 5 weeks from the start of the program.
• The dates of the consultancy sessions and online live meetings are pre-arranged and communicated to the participants.

Refund Policy
• A full refund is available upon written request no later than 7 calendar days before the start of the first consultancy session.
• After the commencement of the Services, refunds are no longer available as the service is considered to have been rendered.

Limitation of Liability

GIDEX FZCO shall not be held responsible for individual results achieved by participants.
The consultancy recommendations are advisory in nature and require independent application by the participants.
